GENERAL FEATURES: Greasen Syntex HT 2 grease is manufactured basing on high quality synthetic base oil and lithium complex thickener. It also includes additives improving antiwear, lubricating, anticorrosive and antioxidative properties. It allows for lubricating of mechanisms exposed to: • impact loads, • vibrations, • high dustiness, • moisture, • water washing out. Greasen Syntex HT 2 is generally infusible, antistatic and it is compatible with copper alloy elements and many elastomers, which allows lubricating of metalplastic or metalrubber friction centres. Note: The above values of physical and chemical properties are typical values. Actual values are specified in quality certificates enclosed with each product lot.
Hightemperature Greasen Syntex HT 2 grease is intended to lubricate highly loaded rolling and sliding bearings and other mechanisms working in the range of temperatures between 50 o C and 180 o C. Due to its high durability it can be used for long term and manned free lubricating of machines and devices of various types operating in the temperature up to 130 o C with no need of additional lubricating during normal operation. The main fields of Greasen Syntex HT 2 application are the following – metallurgy, cement industry, papermaking industry, electronic/electro installation industry. STANDARDS, APPROVALS.
