Wireless Robotic Mower Installation Guide. Make sure you have followed these points!
1. Have you downloaded the required app and created a user account? (Sunseeker, Cramer, Ambrogio, Worx)
- Also, make sure the app is updated to the latest available version.
- The app is the main tool for setting up and controlling the robot. Without the latest version, connectivity or functionality issues may occur.

2. Is the robotic mower added to the corresponding user account in the app?
Ensure that the robotic mower is linked to the user account.
Sunseeker robots can be added by scanning the light-colored QR code visible on the robot.
3. Is the charging station positioned correctly? (Sunseeker)
- Is the charging station in the exact same spot and direction as the previous season?
- Is the power source connected to the charging station?
1. The station must be within your home Wi-Fi range. (4G models can update anywhere but consume mobile data.)
2. There must be no obstacles within a 150 cm radius in front of the station.
3. Install the station on a level surface.
4. Grass height in front of the station must be below 10 cm.
